输出分动器位于变速箱输出侧。 变速箱输出轴通过花键连接至驱动齿轮 (1) 。

驱动齿轮 (1) 与从动齿轮 (4) 相啮合。 从动齿轮 (4) 通过花键连接至轴 (5) 。 轭组件 (6) 通过花键连接至轴 (5) 。 未处于轭组件 (6) 对面的轭组件连接至与后差速器相连的短驱动轴。 轭组件 (6) 连接至驱动轴。 驱动轴连接至轴台中的轴承以及前差速器。

来自变速箱的动力的流程是从输出轴依次流至驱动齿轮 (1) 、从动齿轮 (4) 和轴 (5) 。

在轴 (5) 处,动力分流。 一些动力从轭组件 (6) 对面的轭组件经由驱动轴流至后差速器。 一些动力从轭组件 (6) 经由驱动轴和轴承保持架流至前差速器。

垫片 (3) 用于调节齿轮 (4) 的端隙。

磁性滤网组件位于分动器壳体后部的底部左侧上。 油从分动器壳体的底部经由进口油道流至管和滤网。

磁铁安装在管组件上,因此相同的磁极前后相接。 磁铁捕捉金属微粒。 磁铁不会让金属微粒和油一起流过变速箱液压系统。

在油流过磁铁后,油流经滤网。 当油流经滤网时,油中的外部微粒会被滤网截留。 滤网阻止外部微粒进入变速箱液压系统。

然后,油流经管组件后流至变速箱泵。

输出分动器润滑

分动器壳体是变速箱回路的储液罐。 所有回油都流至分动器壳体的底部。 运动的输出分动器高效地对这些部件进行飞溅润滑。 其他部件由变速箱充油泵进行强制润滑。
