A New Instruction for the Improved Monitoring of Low Coolant Temperature (LCT) is Now Available on Certain C3.3 and C3.4 Products {4490, 7420}

Usage:

C4.4 D4B
Engine:
C3.3 (S/N: N3C1-UP)
C4.4 (S/N: D4B1-UP; N4D1-UP; N4E1-UP)

ReferenceRefer to Testing and Adjusting, RENR7902, "EMCP3" for the proper test and adjust procedures.

Description of Change: The setting for the Low Coolant Temperature (LCT) alarm will be changed from zero seconds to thirty seconds. The function that controls the LCT is varied between the number of inputs for the Electronic Modular Control Panel 3 (EMCP 3) and the priority of the inputs. The LCT will then be controlled by "Function 3" or "function 4".
