Circuit Breaker
断路器是密封的电磁开关，如果电流超过断路器的额定电流，开关能打开电路。
断路器有一个线圈，像电磁铁一样工作。 当通过线圈的电流增加时，线圈的磁场变强。 如果电流超过激发点，正常闭合电路的机构向线圈的磁场方向拉以打开电路。

断路器的设计工作温度范围为 −40 至 85 °C (−40 至 185 °F)。 因为断路器使用电磁铁而不是用对加热作出反应的金属元件，所以在外界温度变化下断路器不受影响。 还有，电磁铁工作比金属元件快。
断路器用翘板式开关复位。 如果电流继续超过断路器额定值，电路保持打开，即使翘板式开关保持在接通位置。
电源分线盒有四个断路器，在图 1 中识别。
