Alternator - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery cables from the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Calbes - Disconnect".
- Remove the drive belt.
- Place an index mark on all harness assemblies that are connected to alternator (1). Disconnect all harness assemblies from alternator (1) .

- Remove bolts (2) .
- Remove alternator (1) .
Installation Procedure
- Position alternator (1) on the mounting bracket. Install bolts (2) .

- Install the drive belt.
- Connect all harness assemblies to alternator (1). Use the index marks to correctly connect the harness assemblies.
- Connect the battery cables to the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Calbes - Disconnect".
