  1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Disconnect tube assembly (1).

  3. Remove bolts (2) and temperature regulator housing (3).

  4. Remove water temperature regulators (4) and seal (5) from temperature regulator housing (3).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the water temperature regulator in reverse order of removal.

    1. Apply a thin layer of Tooling (A) to bore (6).
