Note: During the press fit, insert the sleeve bearing (2) in the rod assembly with the tapered side first.

- Inside diameter before assembly ... 80.12 ± 0.02 mm (3.154 ± 0.001 inch)
- Installation depth of the sleeve bearing ... 10 mm (0.4 inch)
Note: During the press fit, insert the sleeve bearing (3) in the cylinder assembly with the tapered side first.
(3) 260-2529 Sleeve Bearing
- Inside diameter before assembly ... 90.16 ± 0.02 mm (3.550 ± 0.001 inch)
- Installation depth of the sleeve bearing ... 10 mm (0.4 inch)
(4) Torque for the grease fitting ... 9.32 ± 4.90 N·m (85 ± 45 lb in)
(C) Diameter of the rod assembly ... 85 mm (3.3 inch)
(5) 096-4402 Sleeve Bearing
- Outside diameter ... 90 mm (3.5 inch)
- Thickness ... 2.47 mm (0.097 inch)
(D) Bore of the cylinder assembly ... 120 mm (4.7 inch)
(6) Torque for the piston ... 5460 ± 260 N·m (4020 ± 190 lb ft)
(7) Torque for the socket setscrew ... 56.9 ± 10.7 N·m (42 ± 8 lb ft)
Note: After tightening the socket setscrew (7) , stake the socket setscrew in two places.
