Description of Change: A new power converter for the radio has been introduced. The new power converter replaces the former power converter. The current on the output of the converter has been increased. The current output of the original power converter is 100mA. The new power converter output is 8 A. The increased output will provide power that is needed for the existing radio.

Adaptable To: If the radio does not work and the cause is the 245-3109 Power Converter, replace the former power converter with the 283-2783 Power Converter. If the radio does not work and the cause is the 131-0327 Converter As, replace the former converter assembly with a 283-2783 Power Converter and a 335-2081 Wiring Harness. Refer to Table 1 for a list of adaptability and effectivity for the new 283-2783 Power Converter .
