Jika unit penerima-pengering tidak memiliki lepas cepat AC, sistem harus dipulihkan, dievakuasi, dan diisi setelah unit penerima-pengering diganti. |
Refrigerant di dalam sistem harus dipulihkan jika unit penerima-pengering tidak memiliki lepas cepat AC (2). Rujuk ke Pengujian dan Penyetelan, "Pemulihan Refrigerant" sebelum melepaskan unit penerima-pengering. Jika unit penerima-pengering memiliki lepas cepat AC (2) gunakan prosedur berikut.
Rujuk ke Persyaratan Keselamatan sebelum melakukan servis pada sistem AC.
- Hentikan engine selama 5 menit untuk memungkinkan sistem AC menyamakan tekanan.
- Putuskan selang masuk (1) dari unit penerima-pengering lama di lepas cepat AC.
- Sambungkan selang yang diputus pada Langkah 2 ke saluran masuk pada unit penerima-pengering baru.
- Putuskan koneksi listrik pada unit penerima-pengering lama. Hubungkan koneksi listrik ke unit penerima-pengering baru.
Catatan: Jika unit penerima-pengering memiliki lepas cepat, jangan menambahkan oli atau refrigerant tambahan ke sistem.
- Hidupkan engine. Operasikan sistem AC selama 1 menit.
- Dengan sistem AC beroperasi, putuskan selang keluar (4) dari unit penerima-pengering lama. Putuskan unit penerima-pengering lama di lepas cepat AC.
- Hentikan engine selama 5 menit untuk memungkinkan sistem AC menyamakan tekanan.
- Sambungkan selang keluar (4) yang diputus pada langkah 6 ke unit penerima-pengering baru.
Catatan: Unit penerima-pengering harus diganti setiap tahun. Unit penerima-pengering juga harus diganti bila sistem dibuka. Unit penerima-pengering juga harus diganti jika indikator kelembapan (3) berisi udara lembap. Indikator kelembapan (3) akan menampilkan warna pink atau putih jika unit penerima-pengering berisi udara lembap.
