Prelubrication Pump Problem

检查发动机机油油位。 请参考操作和保养手册以了解详情。 如有必要,向发动机添加发动机机油。 检查润滑系统有无泄漏。

预润滑马达的电源

确保预润滑泵接线正确。

将 Cat ET 连接到维修工具接头上。 检查有无与发动机预润滑泵相关的现行诊断代码和记录的诊断代码。 在继续工作之前,对所有为现行或记录状态的代码进行故障诊断与排除。 请参考故障诊断与排除, "预润滑 - 测试"以了解与泵电路相关的信息。

预润滑压力不足

在发动机预润滑循环过程中,使用 Cat ET 监控机油滤清器之后的发动机机油压力。 在拖动发动机之前,ECM 必须在编程的 "Engine Ready to Start Prelube Duration(发动机准备起动预润滑持续时间)"内检测到 41 kPa (6 psi) 的机油压力。 如果在循环过程中,该泵无法在编程的持续时间内建立正确的压力,则预润滑泵可能存在故障。 修理或更换泵。
