Replacement of the Pressure Sensor for the Payload Control System
- Remove the male connector (A) from the 221-3416 Pressure Sensor Gp . Use the wiring table and install the following parts:

- Remove the Old pressure sensor.
- Use the following hardware and mount the 265-2834 Block (3) onto the original bracket:
Note: Mount the sensor in a vertical position ± 90 degrees. Mount the sensor with the port facing downward.
- Connect the power lead for the 221-3416 Pressure Sensor Gp (2) onto the original plug.
- Reconnect the original hoses and fittings.
- Purge the air from the circuit when installation is complete.
Recalibrate the Payload Control System
- Refer to SYSTEMS OPERATION, TROUBLESHOOTING, TESTING AND ADJUSTING, SENR6614, "PAYLOAD CONTROL SYSTEM (PCS)" for the calibration procedure.
