General Information
Sudden movement or accidental starting of the machine can cause personal injury or death to persons on or near the machine. To prevent personal injury or death, perform the following: Park the machine on a smooth, level surface. Lower the work tool to the ground and engage the parking brake. Stop the engine and remove the key. Block the wheels and install the steering frame lock. |

Installation of 219-2384 Position Sensor Group (Lift)
- Install one 2L-6726 Retaining Ring (39) into the 4E-2250 Housing (21) .
Note: This 2L-6726 Retaining Ring (39) serves as a spacer. The 4E-2250 Housing (21) has no groove for the 2L-6726 Retaining Ring (39) .
- Slide the 4E-2453 Governor Control Shaft (38) into the 4E-2250 Housing (21) from the front. Then slide the 4E-2453 Governor Control Shaft (38) through the two 6D-3025 Ball Bearings (37) .
- Install one 8C-5608 Spacer (35) and two 8C-5607 Mounts (34) in each of the three holes in the 4E-2250 Housing (21) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 219-2384 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (28) to the back of 4E-2250 Housing (21) :
- Use the following hardware to install the 129-6792 Bail Arm (25) onto lift arm:
- Use the following hardware to install the 7I-3236 Support Bracket (23) onto the studs on the frame:
- Place lift arm in the lowest possible position. Place the bucket in the fully racked back position.
- Use the following hardware to install the 6S-4868 Lever (22) onto the 4E-2453 Governor Control Shaft (38) :
Note: Do not tighten the 9B-7237 Bolt (19) on the 4E-2453 Governor Control Shaft (38) at this time.
- Assemble one 6V-8186 Full Nut (27) and 8K-1253 Rod End (26) completely onto one end of 129-6791 Rod (24) .
- Assemble one 8L-4496 Jam Nut (16) and 5P-9683 Rod End (15) completely onto the other end of 129-6791 Rod (24) .
- Set the length between the centerlines of the rod ends to 284 mm (11.1811 inch) by turning the 129-6791 Rod (24) .
- Use the following hardware to connect the other rod end to the 6S-4868 Lever (22) :
- Connect the 219-2384 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (28) lead to the front wiring harness (E). Secure the 219-2384 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (28) lead with two 3S-2093 Cable Straps (3) .
Installation of 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System)
- Use the following hardware to mount the 4E-2448 Bracket (11) onto the frame:
- Install the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (9) onto the 4E-2448 Bracket (11) .
- Install the 6V-8636 Connector (12) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (6) onto the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (9) .
- Install the 6V-9850 Swivel Elbow (13) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (7) onto the 6V-8636 Connector (12) .
- Remove the existing check valve (D) and install the 126-6872 Tee (5). Use the existing seal.
Note: The following steps 5 through 9 are used to place the 126-6872 Tee (5) in line with the existing check valve (D) .
- Use a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (6) and reinstall the existing check valve (D) onto the top of the 126-6872 Tee (5) .
- Use a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (7) and connect the straight end of 102-5912 Hose As (8) onto the 122-2222 Adapter (10) .
- Use a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (7) and connect the other end of 102-5912 Hose As (8) onto the 6V-9850 Swivel Elbow (13) .
- Connect one end of 129-8111 Monitor Harness As (4) to the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (9) .
- Refer to Illustration 2 and route the 129-8111 Monitor Harness As (4). Secure the 129-8111 Monitor Harness As (4) with five 3S-2093 Cable Straps (3) .
- Connect the other end of 129-8111 Monitor Harness As (4) to the front wiring harness (E) .

(D) Main cab harness
- Use four 7Y-7256 Screws (51) to install 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (45) onto the 136-9192 Plate As (49) .
- Use four 7Y-7256 Screws (51) to install 237-0825 Monitor Electronic Control Module (43) onto the 136-9192 Plate As (49) .
- Place the 2G-1133 Grommet (50) on the 135-1922 Monitor Harness As (46) near the end with the plug for the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (45) .
- Install the 115-1748 Lamp (44) into the lamp socket on the 135-1922 Monitor Harness As (46). Install the lamp socket into the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (45) .
- Connect the proper plug on the 135-1922 Monitor Harness As (46) to the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (45) .
- Connect the proper plug on the 135-1922 Monitor Harness As (46) to the 237-0825 Monitor Electronic Control Module (43) .
- Install the 2G-1133 Grommet (50) into the side of 136-9190 Cover (47). Refer to Section C-C in Illustration 3.
- Use six 9X-2042 Screws to install the 136-9190 Cover (47) onto the 136-9192 Plate As (49). Install the 236-8117 Film (56) on the top of the 136-9190 Cover (47) .
- Use two 8T-4171 Bolts (52) and two 9X-8256 Washers (55) to install 136-9191 Plate (48) in the cab. Refer to Illustration 3.
- Route the 135-1922 Monitor Harness As (46). Refer to Illustration 3.
- Connect the twelve pin plug on the 135-1922 Monitor Harness As (46) onto the main cab harness that is located in the overhead console.
- Refer to SYSTEMS OPERATION, TROUBLESHOOTING, TESTING AND ADJUSTING, SENR6614, "PAYLOAD CONTROL SYSTEM (PCS)" for adjustment procedures.

(B) Front wiring group
- Use the following hardware to install the 222-9995 Bracket (6) to the frame:
- Use the hardware that is included with the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (3) and install the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (3) onto the 222-9995 Bracket (6) .
- Install the 126-6872 Tee (4) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (9) onto the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (3) .
- If the machine does not have ride control install a 6V-8636 Connector (13) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (9) into the main control valve and mounting group.
Note: The next three steps are only necessary if the machine does not have ride control. If the machine has ride control go to Step 10.
- If the machine does not have ride control install a 122-2222 Adapter (2) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) into the 6V-8636 Connector (13) .
- If the machine does not have ride control install a 6V-9850 Swivel Elbow (14) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) into the 122-2222 Adapter (2) .
- If the machine does not have ride control connect the straight end of 125-9488 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (123) onto the 6V-9850 Swivel Elbow (14) .
- If the machine has ride control install a 122-2222 Adapter (2) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) into the existing Tee on the main control valve and mounting group.
- If the machine has ride control connect the straight end of 125-9488 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (123) onto the 122-2222 Adapter (2) .
- Connect the other end of 125-9488 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) onto the 126-6872 Tee (4) .
- Connect the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (3) lead to the proper plug on the 147-2764 Harness (5).
- Refer to Illustration 4 to route 147-2764 Harness (5). Use the following hardware to secure the 147-2764 Harness (5) :
- Connect the other end of 147-2764 Harness (5) to the front wiring group (B) .

- Use the following hardware and install the 224-9368 Bracket As (19) onto the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) :
- Use four 7Y-7256 Screws (26) and install the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (6) onto the 224-9364 Bracket (17) .
- Install the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) and the 198-6588 Front Cover (12) onto the 224-9364 Bracket (17). Use three 9X-2045 Screws (31) to secure the covers.
- Use four 9X-2042 Screws (30) to install the 198-1941 Hinge Assembly (11) and 224-9364 Bracket (17) onto the 241-6393 Bracket (22) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload) (23) onto the 195-0975 Bracket (9) :
- Use four 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the 199-3417 Plate (13) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 224-9367 Bracket (18) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) :
- Connect the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the main cab harness which is located in the overhead console.
- Insert the lamp socket that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) into the empty 6K-8180 Grommet (3) that is on the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) .
- Connect the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the connector that is on the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (6). Secure the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (2) .
- Insert the other two connectors on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) through the rear of the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15).
- Install one 8T-9471 Grommet (28) around the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) and into the hole in the rear of 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use three 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the connector with five pins on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) onto the 199-3417 Plate (13) .
- Install the 3E-5165 Protection Cap Assembly (1) onto the connector with five pins.
- Connect the other connector onto the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload) (23) .
- Use three 9X-2045 Screws (31) and install the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) and the 195-0976 Front Cover (10) .
- Use four 9X-2042 Screws (30) to install the 198-1941 Hinge Assembly (11) and 195-0975 Bracket (9) onto the 195-0973 Bracket (8) .

- Use the following hardware and mount the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) onto the 199-4064 Bracket (7) :
- Use the following hardware and install the 214-3616 Plate (8) onto the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) shaft:
- Refer to Section B-B in Illustration 6. Assemble the following parts:
- Connect one of the 7X-7662 Rod Ends (1) onto the 214-3616 Plate (8) that is mounted on the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) .
- Use the following hardware and install the 179-7000 Arm (6) onto the Lift Arm:
- Use the following hardware and install the 199-4064 Bracket (7) onto the Front Frame of the Machine:
- Connect the plug on the power lead of the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) onto the proper plug on the front wiring harness. The proper plug is located near the lift position sensor.

(B) Front wiring group
- Use the following hardware to install the 222-9995 Bracket (6) to the frame:
- Use the hardware that is included with the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (3) and install the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor (3) onto the 222-9995 Bracket (6) .
- If the machine does not have ride control install a 6V-8636 Connector (13) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (9) into the main control valve and mounting group.
Note: The next three steps are only necessary if the machine does not have ride control. If the machine has ride control go to Step10.
- If the machine does not have ride control install a 122-2222 Adapter (2) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) into the 6V-8636 Connector (13) .
- If the machine does not have ride control install a 6V-9850 Swivel Elbow (14) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) into the 122-2222 Adapter (2) .
- If the machine does not have ride control connect the straight end of 125-9488 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (123) onto the 6V-9850 Swivel Elbow (14) .
- If the machine has ride control install a 122-2222 Adapter (2) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) into the existing Tee on the main control valve and mounting group.
- If the machine has ride control connect the straight end of 125-9488 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (123) onto the 122-2222 Adapter (2) .
- Connect the other end of 125-9488 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (12) onto the 126-6872 Tee (4) .
- Connect the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (3) lead to the proper plug on the 147-2764 Harness (5) .
- Refer to Illustration 7 to route 147-2764 Harness (5). Use the following hardware to secure the 147-2764 Harness (5) :
- Connect the other end of 147-2764 Harness (5) to the front wiring group (B) .

- Use four 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the 199-3417 Plate (13) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 224-9367 Bracket (18) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) :
- Connect the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the main cab harness which is located in the overhead console.
- Insert the lamp socket that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) into the empty 6K-8180 Grommet (3) that is on the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) .
- Connect the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the connector that is on the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (6). Secure the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (2) .
- Insert the other two connectors on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) through the rear of the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15).
- Install one 8T-9471 Grommet (28) around the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) and into the hole in the rear of 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use three 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the connector with five pins on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) onto the 199-3417 Plate (13) .
- Install the 3E-5165 Protection Cap Assembly (1) onto the connector with five pins.
- Connect the other connector onto the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload) (23) .
- Use three 9X-2045 Screws (31) and install the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) and the 195-0976 Front Cover (10) .
- Use four 9X-2042 Screws (30) to install the 198-1941 Hinge Assembly (11) and 195-0975 Bracket (9) onto the 195-0973 Bracket (8) .

(B) Cap assembly
- Use a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (39) and install the 8T-1779 Connector (41) into the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (42) .
- Use the hardware that is included with the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (42) and install the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (42) onto the Main Control Valve.
- Use a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (40) and connect one end of the 205-7627 Hose As (43) onto the 8T-1779 Connector (41) that is installed in the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (42) .
- Remove Cap Assembly (B). Use the O-Ring Seal and connect the other end of the 205-7627 Hose As (43) in place of the Cap Assembly (B) .
- Connect the lead wire connector of the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (42) onto the electrohydraulic control harness (C) .

- Use the following hardware and install the 224-9368 Bracket As (36) onto the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (11) :
- Use four 7Y-7256 Screws (23) and install the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (4) onto the 224-9364 Bracket (12) .
- Install the 228-7137 Rear Cover (11) and the 198-6588 Front Cover (10) onto the 224-9364 Bracket (12). Use three 9X-2045 Screws (28) to secure the covers.
- Use four 9X-2042 Screws (27) to install the 198-1941 Hinge Assembly (9) and 195-0975 Bracket (7) onto the 195-0973 Bracket (6) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload Control System) (19) onto the 195-0975 Bracket (7) :
- Use the following hardware to install the 224-9367 Bracket (16) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) :
- Use three 9X-8917 Screws (30) and install the 199-3417 Plate (13) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Connect the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) to the main cab harness which is located in the overhead console.
- Insert the lamp socket that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) into the empty 6K-8180 Grommet (21) that is on the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (11) .
- Connect the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) to the connector that is on the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (4). Secure the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (2) .
- Insert the other two connectors on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) through the rear of the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Install one 8T-9471 Grommet (25) around the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) and into the hole in the rear of 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use four 9X-8917 Screws (30) and install the connector with five pins on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (5) onto the 199-3417 Plate (13) .
- Install the 3E-5165 Protection Cap Assembly (1) onto the connector with five pins.
- Connect the other connector onto the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload Control System) (19) .
- Use three 9X-2045 Screws (28) and install the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) and the 195-0976 Front Cover (8) .

- Use the following hardware and install the 214-3616 Plate (8) onto the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) shaft:
- Refer to Section B-B in Illustration 6. Assemble the following parts:
- Connect one of the 7X-7662 Rod Ends (1) onto the 214-3616 Plate (8) that is mounted on the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) .
- Use the following hardware and install the 179-7000 Arm (6) onto the Lift Arm:
- Use the following hardware and install the 199-4064 Bracket (7) onto the Front Frame of the Machine:
- Connect the plug on the power lead of the 169-0417 Position Sensor Group (Lift) (5) onto the proper plug on the front wiring harness. The plug is located near the lift position sensor.

(B) Cap assembly
- Use a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (5) and install the 8T-1779 Connector (7) into the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (1) .
- Use the hardware that is included with the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (1) and install the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (1) onto the Main Control Valve.
- Use a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (6) and connect one end of the 205-7627 Hose As (4) onto the 8T-1779 Connector (7) that is installed in the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (1) .
- Remove Cap Assembly (B). Use the O-Ring Seal and connect the other end of the 205-7627 Hose As (4) in place of the Cap Assembly (B) .
- Connect one end of the 136-1877 Sensor Harness As (3) onto the 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (1). Use the following hardware and secure the plugs:
- Connect the other end of the 136-1877 Sensor Harness As (3) onto the front wiring harness (C) .

- Use the following hardware and install the 224-9368 Bracket As (19) onto the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) :
- Use four 7Y-7256 Screws (26) and install the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (6) onto the 224-9364 Bracket (17) .
- Install the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) and the 198-6588 Front Cover (12) onto the 224-9364 Bracket (17). Use three 9X-2045 Screws (31) to secure the covers.
- Use four 9X-2042 Screws (30) to install the 198-1941 Hinge Assembly (11) and 224-9364 Bracket (17) onto the 241-6393 Bracket (22) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload) (23) onto the 195-0975 Bracket (9) :
- Use four 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the 199-3417 Plate (13) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use the following hardware to install the 224-9367 Bracket (18) onto the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) :
- Connect the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the main cab harness which is located in the overhead console.
- Insert the lamp socket that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) into the empty 6K-8180 Grommet (3) that is on the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) .
- Connect the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the connector that is on the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (6). Secure the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (2) .
- Insert the other two connectors on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) through the rear of the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15).
- Install one 8T-9471 Grommet (28) around the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) and into the hole in the rear of 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use three 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the connector with five pins on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) onto the 199-3417 Plate (13) .
- Install the 3E-5165 Protection Cap Assembly (1) onto the connector with five pins.
- Connect the other connector onto the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload) (23) .
- Use three 9X-2045 Screws (31) and install the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) and the 195-0976 Front Cover (10) .
- Use four 9X-2042 Screws (30) to install the 198-1941 Hinge Assembly (11) and 195-0975 Bracket (9) onto the 195-0973 Bracket (8) .

- Use the following hardware to mount the two 4E-2448 Brackets (1) :
- Install the two 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Groups (Payload Control System) (6) onto the two 4E-2448 Brackets (1). Use the hardware that is included with the sensor.
- Install a 6V-8636 Connector (11) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (9) into each 124-4672 Pressure Sensor Group (Payload Control System) (6) .
- Install the following parts into each 8T-8902 Tee (4) :
- Install the 6V-8724 Elbow (12) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (9) onto the main control valve and mounting group.
- Install the 8T-1905 Elbow (13) and a 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (9) onto the main control valve and mounting group.
- Connect the straight end of the 128-2055 Hose As (7) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (10) onto the 122-2222 Adapter (5) .
- Connect the other end of 128-2055 Hose As (7) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (10) onto the 8T-8902 Tee (4) .
- Connect the straight end of the 149-0489 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (10) onto the 122-2222 Adapter (5) .
- Connect the other end of 149-0489 Hose As (8) and a 6V-8397 O-Ring Seal (10) onto the 8T-8902 Tee (4) .
- Connect both end of the 145-6689 Hose As . Refer to Illustration 18. This hose replaces the 164-7440 Hose As (D) .

- Connect the plug that is marked "HEAD END" of the 137-8463 Sensor Harness As (18) to the lead of the pressure sensor for the head end of the lift cylinder (C) .
- Use six 3S-2093 Cable Straps (17) to secure the 137-8463 Sensor Harness As (18). Refer to Illustration 16 for the location of the 3S-2093 Cable Straps (17) .
- Connect the other end of the 240-9983 Harness As onto the electrohydraulic control harness.

- Connect the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the main cab harness which is located in the overhead console.
- Insert the lamp socket that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) into the empty 6K-8180 Grommet (3) that is on the back of the 228-7137 Rear Cover (20) .
- Connect the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) to the connector that is on the 297-1398 Payload Keypad Module (6). Secure the connector with three pins that is on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) with one 3S-2093 Cable Strap (2) .
- Insert the other two connectors on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) through the rear of the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15).
- Install one 8T-9471 Grommet (28) around the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) and into the hole in the rear of 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) .
- Use three 9X-8917 Screws (5) and install the connector with five pins on the 188-1421 Monitor Harness As (7) onto the 199-3417 Plate (13) .
- Install the 3E-5165 Protection Cap Assembly (1) onto the connector with five pins.
- Connect the other connector onto the 283-1636 Monitor Electronic Control Module (Payload) (23) .
- Use three 9X-2045 Screws (31) and install the 210-7016 Cover (Rear) (15) and the 195-0976 Front Cover (10) .
