该测试测量线圈 (R) 在起动器电磁阀"吸拉"时的电压降。 测量测试点 13 和测试点 14 两端的电压降。 测试点 13 为正极触点而测试点 14 为负极触点。

电压降会引起起动器电磁阀动力回路的指示灯转为点亮。 电压降必须大于 1.00 ± 0.15 伏。 灯点亮是了为说明有缺陷。 仅在"测试步骤 B,曲轴"的过程中才会显示。

该故障可能的原因如下:

  • 交流发电机回路开路器的电压降过大

  • 起动继电器有过大的电压降

注: 交流发电机回路开路器或起动继电器可能有过大的电压降但位于特定范围内。

其他回路的信息

起动继电器有两个线圈。 "吸拉"线圈是线圈 (R)。 "保持"线圈是线圈 (S)。 当起动继电器关闭时,两个线圈都接收到电力。 蓄电池电压在测试点 14 处作用于两个线圈的高端。 线圈 (S) 的"低"端永久接地至起动马达接地柱。

线圈 (S) 的低端在测试点 13 处短时接地。 通过起动马达的直流电阻形成接地。 两个线圈内产生磁场强度后,电磁阀的触点关闭。 从线圈 (R) 上解除临时接地并在两端施加蓄电池电压。

电磁阀关闭。 通过线圈 (R) 和线圈 (S) 关闭电磁阀。

线圈两端施加蓄电池电压后,线圈 (W) 从线路去除。 "吸拉"线圈两端的电压几乎为零。 可能负极测试点 14 比测试点 13 的电压大。 如果负极测试点 14 比测试点 13 大一伏或多伏,则电流回流。 电路回流通过"吸拉"线圈,电磁阀释放。

当电磁阀释放时,测试点 13 对"吸拉"线圈接地。 电磁阀在一秒钟内释放几次。 触点烧结成开路状态。 找到故障前,触点仍会烧结。 更换电磁阀后机器正常工作。 更换电磁阀仍未排除故障。

排除故障

发动机起动期间,电压降不正常。 测试点 1 和测试点 14 两端的电压降大于测试点 1 和测试点 13 两端的电压降。 分析仪显示发电机开路器和起动继电器均在技术参数内。 更换一个或两个部件可使测试点 1 和测试点 13 两端的电压降降至可接受的范围。 线束接头会对电路测试产生影响。 有关电路的更多信息,请参阅正在维护机器的完整系统电路图。 起动马达电磁阀的电源电路灯熄灭,以指示容许限制值。
