Manual Adjuster (Screed Plate Angle) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Start the engine. Extend the extender. Shut off the engine. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
- Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) .

- Remove bolt (4) , the washer, and the nut from front manual adjuster (3) .

- Remove bolts (5) and spacer (6) .

- Remove front manual adjuster (3) .

- Install front manual adjuster (3) . Apply Tooling (A) to the adjusting threads on manual adjuster (3) .

- Install spacer (6) and bolts (5) .
- Apply Tooling (B) to bolt (4) . Install bolt (4) , the washer, and the nut to front manual adjuster (3) .
