注: 清洁度是一项重要的因素。 进行组装步骤之前，应在清洗剂中彻底清洗所有零件。 让零件风干。 不要使用抹布擦干零部件。 棉绒可能会留在零部件上，从而可能导致以后出现故障。 检查所有零件。 如果任何零件磨损或损坏，则应使用新件进行更换。
注: 在组装之前必须先使用丝锥清理所有需要使用密封胶的螺纹。
注: 务必更换 O 形密封圈、密封垫和密封。 旧 O 形密封圈的密封性能可能不如新 O 形密封圈。 在组装过程中使用工具 (D) 。
注: 组装之前先在所有部件上涂敷一薄层变速箱油。
- 使用工具 (E) 安装挡圈 (20) 。

- 安装螺栓 (1) ，固定护圈到位。 拧紧螺栓 (1) 至扭矩为 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft)。
- 使用工具 (G) 测量泵驱动 (22) 的轴向间隙。 轴向间隙必须为 0.100 至 0.200 mm (0.0040 至 0.0080 in)。
注: 加减垫片组件 (4) （图上未显示）中的垫片来实现正确的轴向间隙。
