- 将适当的起吊设备连接在风扇组件 (1) 上。 风扇组件 (1) 的重量约为 225 kg (500 lb)。

- 将适当的起吊设备连接到风扇轴 (6) 、轴承 (7) 和皮带轮 (8) 。 风扇轴 (6) 、轴承 (7) 和皮带轮 (8) 的重量约为70kg (150)lb。 将风扇轴 (6) 、轴承 (7) 和皮带轮 (8) 定位到适当的支撑上。

- 松开调整螺钉 (10) 。 将适当的起吊设备连接到皮带轮 (8) 上。 皮带轮 (8) 的重量约为 32 kg (70 lb). 拆下螺栓 (9) 并将螺栓 (9) 安装到位置 (X) 处。 拧紧螺栓以从风扇轴处拆卸皮带轮 (8) 。 拆卸皮带轮 (8) 和键 (11) 。
