New Injectors are Being Offered in Place of Remanufactured Injectors {1290}

The 10R-1265 Fuel Injector Gp HI450A remanufactured injector is being cancelled and replaced by 174-7526 Fuel Injector Gp. The cancelled 10R-1265 Fuel Injector Gp and the 174-7526 Fuel Injector Gp are prime injectors.

Note: The 3408E industrial engine is not able to be upgraded to a non-prime injector. When replacing fuel injectors on a 3408E industrial engine, use the 174-7526 Fuel Injector Gp .

The new 10R-1266 Fuel Injector Gp are non-prime injectors. The 10R-1266 Fuel Injector Gp non-prime injectors provide better performance and longer life. The 10R-1265 Fuel Injector Gp and 174-7526 Fuel Injector Gp can be replaced by 10R-1266 Fuel Injector Gp to provide better performance and longer life. All injectors must be changed when changing from prime to non-prime injectors.

Software must be changed for applications that do not currently have 10R-1266 Fuel Injector Gp non-prime injectors, use the 10R-1266 Fuel Injector Gp and appropriate software.
