Installation Procedure


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

  1. Inspect the condition of the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals, if necessary.

    Note: Lubricate the bore in the front housing with clean engine oil.

  1. Install the O-ring seal on engine oil pump (4). Position engine oil pump (4) on the engine and install bolts (5) .

  1. Install the O-ring seals on elbow (3). Install elbow (3) on engine oil pump (4) .

  1. Install bolts (2) .

  1. Install bolts (1) .
