Description of Change: A new gasket is used between the exhaust manifold and the bellows assembly on certain exhaust manifold groups. The new gasket has a spiral winding that is made of stainless steel. The winding is wrapped around a filler band that is made of graphite.

Adaptable To: The new 273-7360 Exhaust Manifold Gasket is a direct replacement for the 123-0319 Ring Seal. The new gasket is used in the following manifold groups:

• 123-0324 Exhaust Manifold Gp

• 9Y-4864 Exhaust Manifold Gp

The former seal has been cancelled by the new gasket. The new gasket is adaptable to all of the engines that are listed above. Table 1 lists the serial number effectivity for the new gasket.
