Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the trench cleaner plate. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Plate (Trench Cleaner) - Remove and Install".

1. Use Tooling (A) to remove two retaining rings (1) from pivot pins (2) for each of two guide rollers (3) .

2. Remove pivot pins (2) from guide rollers (3) .

3. Remove two guide rollers (3) .

1. Position upper guide roller (3) and install pivot pin (2) .

2. Position lower guide roller (3) and install pivot pin (2) .

3. Use Tooling (A) to install two retaining pins (1) on each of two pivot pins (2) .

End By: Install the trench cleaner plate. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Plate (Trench Cleaner) - Remove and Install".
