Installation Procedure

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device onto the cab. The weight of the cab is approximately 261 kg (575 lb). Use the suitable lifting device to position the cab onto the platform of the machine.

  2. Install bolts (16). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 115 ± 10 N·m (85 ± 7 lb ft).

  3. Connect hose (15) for the washer fluid.

  4. Install duct (12) and (14). Install the screws (not shown). Install louvers (12).

  5. Install cup holder (11).

  6. Install duct (10).

  7. Install cover (9) and bolts (8).

  8. Connect harness assemblies (5), (6), and (7). Connect cable (4) for the radio antenna.

  9. Position cover (3) and install bolts (1). Install floormat (2) into the cab.
