Cab - Remove

Usage:

321C DAX

Removal Procedure

  1. Open the cab door. Lock the cab door in the OPEN position.

  2. Remove bolts (1) and remove cover (3).

  3. Remove floormat (2) from the cab.

  4. Disconnect harness assemblies (5), (6), and (7). Disconnect cable (4) for the radio antenna.

  5. Remove bolts (8) and cover (9).

  6. Remove duct (10).

  7. Remove cup holder (11) by pulling straight up.

  8. Remove louvers (12) in order to gain access to the screws (not shown). Remove the screws (not shown).

  9. Remove duct (13) and (14) in order to gain access to the bolts for the cab.

  10. Disconnect hose (15) for the washer fluid.

  11. Attach a suitable lifting device to the cab. The weight of the cab is approximately 261 kg (575 lb).

  12. Remove bolts (16).

  13. Remove the cab. The weight of the cab is approximately 261 kg (575 lb).
