Start By:
- Remove the check valve. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Check Valve - Remove and Install".

- Use Tooling (A) to support the work tool.

- Remove bolts (2) and bracket (3). Move hose assemblies (1) to the side.

- Remove bolts (4) and bracket assembly (5) .

- Use Tooling (B) to remove spanner nut (6) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to rear frame (7). The rear frame weighs approximately 165 kg (364 lb). Remove bolts (8), clamp plates (9), guide plates (10), and spacer plates (11) at the top and at the bottom of rear frame (7). Remove rear frame (7) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to rear frame (7). the rear frame weighs approximately 165 kg (364 lb).

- Position rear frame (7) on the work tool.
- Install guide plates (10), spacer plates (11), clamp plates (9), and bolts (8) at the top and at the bottom of rear frame (7) in order to fasten the rear frame to the work tool.

- Use Tooling (B) to install spanner nut (6) .

- Install bracket assembly (5) and secure bracket assembly (5) with bolts (4) .

- Position hose assemblies (1). Install bracket (3) and bolts (2) .

- Remove the work tool from Tooling (A) .
End By: Install the check valve. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Check Valve - Remove and Install".
