Description of Change: A new water valve assembly is available. The new water valve improves the reliability of the heater system.
Adaptable To: The 210-7291 Water Valve Assembly must be used with a 149-8218 Board Control Assembly. The 210-7291 Water Valve Assembly is effective with D10R (S/N: 3KR1756-UP) and D11R (S/N: AAF174-UP; 7PZ523-UP) Track-Type Tractors.
The 210-7291 Water Valve Assembly replaces the 156-5863 Water Valve Assembly on D10R (S/N: 3KR1568-1691) and D11R (S/N: AAF141-167; 7PZ400-477) Track-Type Tractors.
The 149-8218 Board Control Assembly is a direct replacement for the 189-3627 Control .
Remove 51 mm (2 inch) of hose from the inlet side. Four 5V-1474 Screws and one 3S-2093 Cable Strap are required to mount the 210-7291 Water Valve Assembly. The 188-8835 Plate As must be removed and discarded.
The 210-7291 Water Valve Assembly is a direct replacement for the 149-8199 Water Valve Assembly on D10R (S/N: 3KR1-1567 and 1692-1755), D11N (S/N: 4HK1-UP) and D11R (S/N: AAF1-140 and 168-173; 8ZR1-UP; 9TR1-UP; 9XR1-UP; 7PZ1-399 and 478-522) Track-Type Tractors. The 149-8218 Board Control Assembly is retained with no change.
