检查翻滚保护结构（ROPS）上有无裂痕 检查 ROPS 上有无松动或损坏的螺栓。 只能用设备的原装件更换损坏的螺栓。
注: 在安装螺栓之前，先在所有 ROPS 螺栓螺纹上涂机油。 如果不在螺纹上涂抹机油，拧紧螺栓的扭矩可能不正确。
如果 ROPS 嘎嘎响，更换其安装支承。
不要在 ROPS 上焊接加强板来矫直 ROPS 或修理 ROPS。
