The control panel for the ejector blade is located on the right side of the dash panel.
Front Axle Suspension (1) - This switch is used to adjust the suspension ride height when the machine is being serviced or shipped. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Suspension System - Check/Adjust". Indicator (6) illuminates when this switch is selected.
Shuffle (2) - This switch allows the operator to move the ejector blade in a backward direction and in a forward direction when the ejector blade is at full travel. Use this action in order to eject sticky material. Indicator (7) illuminates when switch (2) has been pressed. This function can be selected at any time during the eject cycle, but the function only carries out the shuffle when the ejector blade is at full travel.
Stop (3) - This button allows the operator to stop the eject cycle at any time. Indicator (8) flashes when stop button (3) has been pressed. Indicator (8) will stop flashing when the eject cycle is resumed.
Retract (4) - This button allows the operator to retract the ejector blade at any time during the eject cycle. Indicator (9) flashes when button (4) has been pressed. Indicator (9) will stop flashing when the ejector blade is fully retracted.
Eject Cycle (5) - This button will start the eject cycle. When the ejector blade reaches full travel the ejector blade will stop. The ejector blade will automatically return to the fully retracted position. Indicator (10) flashes when the eject cycle has been selected. Indicator (10) will stop flashing when the eject cycle is complete and the ejector blade is fully retracted.
Service Switch (11) - This switch allows the operator to inch the blade in a forward or in a backward direction. The service switch has two positions. A key is needed in order to operate the service switch. The key must be pushed in in order to turn the switch. Turn the switch in a clockwise direction in order to select service. This will allow the ejector blade to inch in a forward direction or in a backward direction when button (5) and button (4) are selected. Turn the switch in a counterclockwise direction in order to return to normal operation.
Note: The tailgate will open automatically and the tailgate will close automatically when the button for the eject cycle is pressed.
