| ( 1 ) | When you are operating the machine in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F), refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU5898, "Cold Weather Recommendations". This is available from your Caterpillar dealer. |
| ( 2 ) | These special oils that have synthetic base stocks do not contain polymer viscosity index improvers. The high viscosity index of the "synthetic" oils provides natural multiviscosity properties. |
| ( 3 ) | This oil exceeds the requirements of the TO-4M specification. |
| ( 4 ) | For Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil (HEES), tank temperatures should not exceed 100°C (212°F). Do not use Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil (HEES) in hydraulic systems that have clutches or brakes. Do not use Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil (HEES) in machine hydraulic systems with jacket water cooling systems. |
