NOTE: | This Program must be administered either before or after failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS45487" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing flasher relay may flash at less than 60 flashes per minute on certain 226D Skid Steer Loaders and 259D Compact Track Loaders. If the existing flasher relay is not replaced, the machine may fail to meet MLIT requirements. |

2. Peel the liner back to expose the relay. Refer to Image1.2.1. |

3. Cut existing cable strap (A) to free from the harness bundle. This will make it easier to disassemble from the connector. Refer to Image1.3.1. |

4. Depress the tab on the connector in order to free the flasher relay from the connector. Refer to Images1.4.1 and 1.4.2. |

5. Install a new 242-9000 Flasher Assembly. 6. Attach to harness bundle (B) with one new 3S-2093 Cable Strap. Refer to Image1.5.1. |
