Engine Air Intake - Service filters

Radiator - Clean

Fuel Tank Cap and Screen - Clean and inspect

Boom and Frame - Inspect for damage and repair

Air Conditioner (if equipped) - Check operation and gas charge

Windshield Wiper and Washer (if equipped) - Replace wiper blade and fill reservoir

Battery - Check electrolyte level and clean terminals

Fuel System - Replace primary and secondary filters

Boom - Purge air from boom extend cylinder

Fuses - Inspect, replace defective fuses

Every 10 Service Hours or Daily

Walk Around Inspection - Inspect machine

Windows - Clean

Seat Belt - Inspect for damage

Cooling System - Check coolant level

Engine Crankcase - Check oil level

Transmission - Check oil level

Hydraulic Tank - Check oil level

Headlights, Turn Signals, Horn, Back-up Alarm, Indicators and Gauges - Test for proper function

Fuel System - Drain water and sediment from primary fuel filter and fuel tank, fill tank

Wheel Nuts - Check daily until torque is maintained on new or repaired wheels

Every 50 Service Hours or 2 Weeks^*

Brake Oil Reservoir - Check level

Machine Lubrication Points - Lubricate

Longitudinal Stability Indicator (if equipped) - Check operation

Initial 250 Service Hours

Transmission - Change oil and filter element on new or reconditioned unit

Every 250 Service Hours or 3 Months^*

Boom Chains (if equipped) - Check condition and tension - Adjust if necessary

Boom Wear Pads - Measure clearance, check loading

Drive Shafts - Lubricate bearings

Cooling System - Add supplemental additive

Engine Crankcase - Change oil and filter. If the fuel sulfur content is greater than 1.5% by weight, use an oil with a TBN of 30 and reduce the oil change interval by one half

Fan Belt - Inspect, replace and/or adjust

Transmission and Axle Breathers - Clean or replace if damaged

Transfer Drive - Check oil level

Brakes - Check holding ability

Differentials and Hubs - Check oil levels

Rotate Carriage (if equipped) - Inspect wear pad

Longitudinal Stability Indicator (if equipped) - Check zero setting and adjust if necessary

Every 500 Service Hours or 6 Months^*

Fuel System - Replace filters

Hydraulic Tank - Change filter and clean breather

Every 1000 Service Hours or 1 Year^*

Transmission - Change oil and filter

Transfer Drive - Change oil

Differentials and Hubs - Change oil

Every 2000 Service Hours or 2 Years^*

Engine Valve Lash - Check/Adjust

Hydraulic Tank - Change oil and clean diffuser

Every 3000 Service Hours or 2 Years^*

Cooling System - Change coolant and clean system

Boom Chains (if equipped) - Inspect and lubricate
