拆卸步骤
- 确保氮氧化物传感器没有跌落或受到撞击。 如果氮氧化物传感器跌落或受到撞击，必须整体更换氮氧化物传感器。

- 如有必要，遵循步骤 4.a 至 4.c，以便拆卸氮氧化物传感器电子控制模块 (ECM) (2) 。
- 将原始设备制造商 (OEM) 线束组件 (3) 从氮氧化物传感器 ECM (2) 上断开。
- 从线束组件上切割电缆扎带 (1) 。 记录所有电缆扎带的位置，以便于安装。
注: 切断电缆扎带时，确保线束组件未损坏。
- 拆下螺栓 (4) 和氮氧化物传感器 ECM (2) 。 将氮氧化物传感器 ECM 从支架 (5) 上拆下。

- 确保氮氧化物传感器无磨损或损坏。 如果磨损或损坏，将氮氧化物传感器作为一个整体进行更换。
- 检查排气弯头中氮氧化物传感器安装点的螺纹。 如果安装点磨损或损坏，更换弯头。
- 如有必要，遵循步骤 3.a 至 3.c，以便安装氮氧化物传感器 ECM (2) 。
- 将氮氧化物传感器 ECM (2) 定位到支架 (5) 上。 确保氮氧化物传感器 ECM 正确定向在支架上。
- 将螺栓 (4) 安装到氮氧化物传感器 ECM (2) 上。 安装螺栓过程中，支承氮氧化物传感器 ECM。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 10 N·m (89 lb in)。
- 将 OEM 线束组件 (3) 连接到氮氧化物传感器 ECM (2) 上。

- 新的氮氧化物传感器 (6) 为预润滑传感器。 当安装现有氮氧化物传感器 (6) 时，使用工具 (A) 稍微润滑氮氧化物传感器的螺纹。
注: 确保氮氧化物传感器没有受到污染。
- 将氮氧化物传感器 (6) 的探头从塑料袋上拆下。 将氮氧化物传感器安装到排气管组件 (7) 上。 安装氮氧化物传感器过程中，确保线束组件未损坏。
- 使用工具 (B) 将氮氧化物传感器 (6) 拧紧至扭矩为 50 N·m (37 lb ft)。
- 将新的电缆扎带 (1) 安装到线束组件上。 确保电缆扎带装回原位。
注: 确保电缆扎带符合 OEM 技术规格。
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到接通位置。
