- 使用适当的起吊设备或台架支承油底壳 (2) 。 油底壳 (2) 的重量大约为 170 kg (375 lb)。
- 拆下螺栓 (1) 后拆下油底壳 (2) 。
- 拆下滤网和抽吸管组件 (4) 。

- 拆下管组件 (5) 和 O 形密封圈。 拆卸发动机机油泵 (6) 。
- 将密封垫 (7) 从油底壳上拆下。 丢弃密封垫 (7) 。

安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装油底壳 (2) 。
- 将工具 (A) 涂覆到位置 (X) 。 确保整个支座涂覆一层均匀的工具涂层，并填充所有缝隙。

- 安装新密封垫 (7) 。 密封垫到位后，将工具 (A) 涂覆到位置 (X) 。
- 将清洁的发动机机油涂覆到管组件 (5) 的 O 形密封圈上。
