取样条件

如果发动机配备了取样口,获得取样时,发动机应以工作温度运转。

如果发动机未配备取样口,冷却液应是温的。

请遵循下列指南,对冷却液进行正确的取样:

  • 开始采样前,填写采样瓶标贴上的事项。

  • 将未用过的取样瓶保存在塑料袋中。

  • 从冷却液取样口直接获得冷却液液样。 不要从其它地方取样。

  • 直到开始取样时,再取下空取样瓶的瓶盖。

  • 为防止杂质污染,取样后应立即将样品装入邮寄管中。

  • 切勿从膨胀瓶中取样。

  • 切勿从系统的排放口取样。

尽可能接近推荐的取样间隔期进行冷却液的取样。 为获得最佳的 S·O·S 分析效果,必须建立前后一致的数据趋势。 为了建立相关的数据历程,应按均匀间隔进行前后一致地取样。 从 Cat 代理商处提供所需的用品。


注意

必须分别使用专用的机油采样泵和冷却液采样泵。 使用同一个泵去进行两种液体的采样会污染抽取的液样。 这种污染可能会导致代理商和客户关注由此造成错误的分析和不正确的解释。


交上进行 1 级分析用的样品。

注: 1 级分析的结果可能表明需要进行 2 级分析。
