Boom Drift Reduction Valve

Usage:

345D L BYC
动臂沉降阻尼阀位于动臂控制阀与动臂油缸之间的动臂回路中。 动臂操纵手柄处于 NEUTRAL(空档)位置时,动臂沉降阻尼阀停止从动臂油缸缸盖端泄油。 停止泄油可防止动臂漂移。

操纵手柄移到 BOOM RAISE(动臂上升)位置时,从控制阀(动臂 I)和控制阀(动臂 II)流出的机油流经孔口 ( 2),流进动臂沉降阻尼阀 ( 5)。 机油作用在阀 ( 3) 的端面。 由于没有机油从先导控制阀流入油道 ( 6),滑阀 (4) 维持静止状态。 滑阀 (4) 阻断油道 ( 7)。

从动臂 II 控制阀流出的机油和动臂 I 控制阀流出的机油合流。 合流后的机油流入孔口 ( 2)。 孔口 (2) 的机油压力克服弹簧 ( 8) 的弹力。 阀 (3) 向上移动。 压缩弹簧 (8)。 孔口 ( 2) 流出的机油流经孔口 ( 1)。 孔口 (1) 流出的机油流入动臂油缸的缸盖端。

操纵手柄移到 BOOM LOWER(动臂下降)位置时,从先导控制阀流出的先导油流过先导孔口 ( 15),流进动臂沉降阻尼阀 ( 5)。 先导油经过油道 ( 6) 流向滑阀 (4)。 然后,机油将滑阀 ( 4) 向左移动。 弹簧室 ( 12) 中的机油流过油道 ( 7) 和油道 (9)。 然后,机油流出孔口 ( 10),经过排油管路流向液压油箱。 现在,弹簧腔 (12) 中的机油压力降低。

从动臂油缸缸盖端流出的回油经过孔口 ( 1) 流入动臂沉降阻尼阀 ( 5)。 由于弹簧室 (12) 中的油压低,阀 ( 3) 开始向上打开。 现在,回油经过阀 ( 3) 流入油道 (13)。 油道 (13) 中,油流分流到两条流路。 部分机油流过油道 ( 11)、滑阀 (4) 和油道 ( 14),流向动臂油缸的连杆端。 从油道 (13) 流出的剩余机油,经过孔口 ( 2) 流入控制阀(动臂 I),然后流回液压油箱。
