Pop-Up Messages and Fault Codes
Pop-up messages within the Information Display inform the operator of a pending or immediate machine condition. These messages are abbreviated to relate the machine condition while the machine is in operation. The messages are restricted to a dedicated area of the Display to minimize conflicts with productivity and safety information.

(2) Pop-Up Message Box (3) Number of Active Messages (Displayed if there are multiple Active warnings) (4) Arrow: Allows user to page through all the Active Messages |
If the message is Level 1 or 2, press the mid-section of the Pop-Up Message Box (2) to snooze the message.
Note: A Level 3 (red banner) message will not snooze. Touching the arrow (4) will cycle to the next fault code banner.
The pop-up message box (2) is formatted to provide required information in a condensed, understandable condition for the operator. Pop-up messages are used for various information conditions and severities. These information conditions and severities, and the general layout of the Pop-Up messages, are described in the following sections.
Information ("Info") Pop-Up Messages
Information Pop-up messages provide non-safety, critical messages to the operator. Text within the messages appears in complete words, allowing for greater understanding and ease of translation.
If multiple information pop-ups are active, an arrow will appear. The operator can press the arrow and page through all the active pop-ups. If the operator has not pressed the arrow for 5 seconds and if no warnings are active, the Display automatically pages through the active information pop-ups.
If any warnings are active, and not "snoozed", the information pop-ups will not display.
The color of the symbol represents the highest-level active warning:
- Level 1 – A Gray Warning supersedes any active Information Pop-up message.
- Level 2 – A Yellow Warning supersedes active Information / Level 1 Warning (or lower) Pop-up.
- Level 3 – A Red Warning is the highest priority. A Level 3 Warning always supersedes an active Level 2 (or lower) Pop-up.
Note: A Level 1 Warning (Gray) banner is the lowest priority warning message. This message can be put into the snooze mode by pressing the mid-section of the Warning Pop-Up Message banner (2).
The last pop-up suppressed raises an alert reminder symbol in the lower right-hand corner of the Information banner. The alert reminder symbol remains until the warnings become inactive. The operator can enable the snooze function for Information Messages, Level 1 Warnings, and Level 2 Warnings.
However, Level 3 Warnings (a red banner) will remain active and will not snooze.

A Level 1 Warning supersedes any active information pop-up message. An information popup will not display if any Level 1 or higher warning is active (and not snoozed by the operator).
If the machine is running, Level 1 warnings may be snoozed for 10 hours.
The numbers above the arrow display the following information:
- The index of the currently displayed Pop-Up messages
- The total number of active and unsnoozed warnings
Press the arrow and the Events List will appear with the active warnings listed.
If the operator has not pressed the arrow for 5 seconds, the Display automatically pages through the following warnings; active (unsnoozed) Level 1 Warnings, provided no Level 2 or Level 3 Warnings are active.

A Level 2 Warning supersedes any active information pop-up or Level 1 warning. If multiple warnings are active, an arrow (4) appears.
Pressing the arrow (4) enables the operator to page through all active warnings.
If the operator has not pressed the arrow for 5 seconds, the Display automatically pages through active (unsnoozed) Level 1 warnings, provided no Level 2 or Level 3 warnings are active. Press the arrow and the events list will appear with the active warnings listed. If the machine is running, the operator may snooze Level 2 warnings for 1 hour. If the warnings are an event, they will reappear if the event generating the warning remains active.

Press the arrow and the events list will appear with the active warnings listed. The second number above the arrow indicates the total number of all active and unsnoozed pop-ups the operator can access by using the arrow.
Note: A Level 3 warning cannot snooze. The pop-up box cannot be reduced to an alert reminder symbol. Level 3 warnings remain active. A Level 3 Warning (Red) Pop-Up Message banner is an urgent warning message. The operator is advised to take immediate action
