Transmission Hydraulic Control Valve - Disassemble
Start By:
- Remove the transmission hydraulic control valve.
- Remove fitting (1).

Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.
Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
- Remove valve cartridge assembly (7), spool assembly (6), and spring (5).

- Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the remaining transmission hydraulic control valves.

Note: Prior to removing adjusting screw (14), make a mark to have proper adjustment for assembly.
- Remove adjusting screw (14), cover (13), piston (12), spring (11) and relief spool assembly (10) from valve body (9).
- Remove plugs (15).
