- Lower lift arm assembly (1) to suitable blocking. Rest bucket (2) on the ground.
- Release the hydraulic system pressure.

- Attach Tooling (A) to pin assembly (5). Use two people in order to remove pin assembly (5) and Tooling (A). The weight of pin assembly (5) and Tooling (A) is approximately

- Attach Tooling (A) to pin assembly (7). Use two people in order to remove pin assembly (7) and Tooling (A). Remove washers (8). The weight of pin assembly (7) and Tooling (A) is approximately
36 kg (80 lb) . - Repeat Step 6 and 7 for the opposite side.
- Remove bucket (2). The weight of bucket (2) is approximately
3629 kg (8000 lb) .

- Install bucket (2) in the reverse order of the removal.
- Apply Tooling (B) to the bores for the pin assemblies before installation.
- Do not use Tooling (A) to install the pins.
