There are three fans mounted at the bottom of the 4-Wire Transformer cabinet.

There are four fans mounted at the bottom of the 4-Wire Transformer cabinet.
Removal
- Perform steps in the Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Internal Component Preremoval Steps (4 Wire Transformer Cabinet)" in order to de-energize the system and gain access to internal components.
- Open the doors of the cabinet using a 127.0 mm (5/16 inch) hex key on the top and bottom latches.
- Disconnect the two wire harnesses that connect to the fan housing.

- Remove the four bolts that hold the fan assembly in the cabinet. Use a 76.0 mm (3/8 inch) socket.
- Remove the fan assembly from the cabinet.
Installation
- Position the fan assembly into the cabinet.
The cables coming out of the fan assembly should be positioned as in Illustration 4.

- Attach the fan assembly to the cabinet with four bolts. Use a 76 mm (3/8 inch) socket.
- Connect the two wire harnesses to the cabinet wiring according to the labeling.
