Description of Change: An improved Fumes Disposal Filter Group is now being used on all new gas power modules. This new Fumes Disposal Filter Group has been improved by adding a new filter element that has been designed to cause a reduced pressure drop. The reduced pressure drop across the new filter element eliminates the requirement in power modules to install the fumes disposal filter system a minimum of 1.5 m (5 ft) above the engine oil.
Adaptable To: The new 254-5305 Filter Group and the 254-5306 Filter Group are now being used and are direct replacements for the former 191-2303 Fumes Disposal Filter Group and the 219-7814 Fumes Disposal Filter Group .
The new 254-5304 Fumes Disposal Filter Element (contained in the 254-5305 Filter Group and the 254-5306 Filter Group ) replaces the former 191-2301 Fumes Disposal Filter Element.
