- Put identification marks on the bellows for alignment and orientation during installation of the bellows.

The ends of the bellows are very sharp. Injury could occur if the bellows are not handled properly. Handle the bellows by the convolutions.
Note: Refer to Special Instruction, REHS1728, "Application Guideline for the Bellows" for additional information on handling the bellows.
- Remove air inlet elbow (9) and bellows (10) from the turbochargers.
- Loosen clamp assembly (5). Loosen clamp assembly (2).

- Remove duct (4) and bellows (3) from the turbochargers.
- Disconnect hose (7).
- Disconnect hose assembly (6).
- Disconnect hose assembly (15).
- Loosen clamp assembly (17). Remove inlet elbow (13) and the O-ring seal from the turbocharger.
- Remove locknuts (14). Remove exhaust elbow (12) and the gasket from the turbocharger.
- Remove locknuts (1).
- Use a suitable lifting device in order to remove turbocharger (16). The weight of the turbocharger is approximately
29 kg (65 lb) .
