Hardened Washers Now Used On Bolts For Fan Shroud{1353,1360}
Usage:
3406, 3408 And 3412 Industrial Engines
Description of Change: Hardened washers are now used on the bolts which hold the fan shroud to the radiator on 3406, 3408 and 3412 Industrial Engines.
The new washers also have a larger outside diameter than the former washers. It was some times possible for the former washers to bend.
Adaptable As: The new washers are a replacement for the former washers as shown in the chart. The former washers are still available for use in other applications.
