This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI32199" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32199" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure

Preparation:

1. Ensure that the machine is parked on a smooth and level surface. Refer to Image1.1.1.

2. Stop the engine.

3. Drain the hydraulic oil. Store the hydraulic oil in a new and clean suitable container, the hydraulic oil will be reused. Refer to Image1.2.1 for the location of the breather. Refer to the SEBU8560, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Support, "System Pressure Release".

Installation of the Suction Pipe Assembly

1. Remove the old 333-4554 Suction Pipe Assembly. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly manual for your machine for additional information.

2. Remove the plugs, and connect them to the new 333-4554 Pipe Assembly. The plugs are re-used, only the O-rings are replaced. Refer to Image1.3.1.

3. Refill the hydraulic oil that was removed. If additional oil is required, refer to SEBU8560, Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill".

4. Run the engine and check for leaks.
