Rotating seals in the transmission for clutches 1,2, or 3 may fail resulting in clutch leak or clutch failure on the machines listed above.

Caterpillar is aware of this problem but an interim repair has not been defined.
In the event of failure, replace the failed 8E-3837 Seal Ring (A), 8E-6853 Ring Carrier Assembly (B), and 8E-3839 Seal Ring (C) with same parts.
