PROBLEM
The existing main stator winding may fail on phase to phase insulation on certain C15 Stage II Generator Sets in Rock Crusher/Prime Power application under harsh working conditions. The failure location must be between 8 O'clock to 4 O'clock position (upper half) of the main stator. This program does not apply if the failure location is between 4 to 8 O'clock position (lower half) of the main stator. |

This program applies only if the failure location is between 8 O'clock to 4 O'clock position (upper half) of the main stator. The stator needs to be repaired / replaced at authorized workshop. Ensure during repairs the existing 12 lead design is converted to a 6 lead design. |
