NOTE: | This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI32679" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32679" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
An incorrect venturi tube may have been installed on certain C32 Industrial Engines. If an incorrect venturi tube is installed on a given engine, fault codes may or may not be generated during operations. Expected fault codes from this condition would be E-1093,94,95,96. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Inspect and verify correct venturi tube is installed on the engine. All C32 Industrial Engines require a 3655470/">365-5470 Venturi Tube. If an incorrect venturi tube has been identified during inspection, the venturi tube will need to be replaced with correct part, 3655470/">365-5470 Venturi Tube. Refer to the appropriate Disassembly and Assembly Manual for engine being inspected, for the required remove and install procedure. Once all work has been completed adhere label FMT 6127 to engine. Image 1) Provides representation of general area that venturi is located. Image 2) Provides detailed view for the specific area that part number will be located. Image 3) Provides location of label placement and CAT web address to obtain label. To obtain label refer to Special Instruction, M0071966 for directions. |
