过大的皮带张力可能会导致交流发电机损坏。
   

驱动皮带    

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带处理良好状态且皮带张力正确。

转至测试步骤 2。

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带未处于良好状态且皮带张力不当。

如果交流发电机传动带磨损或损坏,则更换传动带。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。

如有必要,更换传动带自动张紧装置。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。
   

2. 交流发电机传动皮带轮的状况

A. 检查交流发电机传动皮带轮的状况。 检查皮带轮中有无驱动皮带磨损造成的深槽。 检查并确认皮带轮螺母没有松动。
   

交流发电机驱动皮带轮    

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带轮发生过度磨损。

更换皮带轮。

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带轮螺母松动。

拧紧螺母。

结果:交流发电机驱动皮带轮未发生过度磨损。

转至测试步骤 3。
   

3. 交流发电机轴承的磨损

A. 检查交流发电机轴承有无磨损迹象。
   

交流发电机轴承    

结果:交流发电机轴承正常。

继续测试步骤 4。


结果:交流发电机轴承异常。

根据需要,修理或更换交流发电机。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。
   

4. 交流发电机或调节器的工作状况

A. 确认交流发电机或电压调节器工作正常。 有关正确的测试程序,请参阅专门说明书, REHS0354, "充电系统故障诊断和排除"。
   

调节器和交流发电机    

结果:调节器和交流发电机正常工作。

继续测试步骤 5。

结果:调节器和交流发电机不正常工作。

根据需要修理或更换交流发电机和调节器。 参考拆解和装配以了解正确步骤。
   

5. 检查充电电路

A. 检查蓄电池电缆、配线和充电电路中的连接。
   

充电电路    

结果:充电电路不正常工作。

清洁并紧固所有连接。 更换所有存在故障的零件。
   

按所列步骤顺序完成以上步骤。
