PA-10: Driver Questionnaire

Ask the driver to answer the following questions before attempting to repair an intermittent problem, or a problem with symptoms but no diagnostic codes.

PA-11: Questionnaire Response

PA-12: Possible Performance Effect of Active Diagnostic Codes

PA-13: Intermittent Cruise Control Or PTO Drop-Out/Kickout

PA-14: Cruise Control Or Idle/PTO Cannot Be Set

PA-15: Electronic Service Tool Will Not Communicate With ECM

PA-16: ECM Will Not Accept Factory Passwords

PA-17: Check Engine/Service Engine Soon Lamp Is Malfunctioning

PA-18: Engine Will Not Crank

PA-19: Engine Cranks But Will Not Start

PA-20: Engine Misfires, Runs Rough Or Is Unstable

PA-21: Consistent Low Power or Poor Response To Accelerator
