A New Special Instruction , "Field Procedures to Improve Hose Assembly Routings and Clipping in Lines Groups on the 777F Off-Highway Truck" is Available {1374, 3016, 3103, 3154, 5057}

Usage:

777F JRP

Off-Highway Truck: 777F (S/N: WTK1-UP; JRP1-UP; JXP1-UP)

This new special instruction contains information that is needed to improve hose assembly routings and clipping. The new clips will improve the service life for the hose assemblies in several lines groups. The groups involved are the 247-3748 Torque Converter Filter and Lines Gp, the 247-3753 Transmission Oil Lines Gp, the 247-3751 Hoist Lines Gp, the 251-6805 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp (dry front brakes), and the 247-3752 Hydraulic Oil Cooler Lines Gp (wet front brakes).

For a complete list of material and the correct procedure that is needed in order to update the lines groups to the current configuration, refer to Special Instruction, REHS6057, "Field Procedures to Improve Hose Assembly Routings and Clipping in Lines Groups on the 777F Off-Highway Truck". The special instruction can be found on the Caterpillar service information system (SIS) and through the normal literature distribution system at your local Cat dealer.
