Oil Pan
Usage:
Remove & Install Oil Pan
1. Drain the engine oil. Remove fourteen bolts (1) and remove oil pan (2) with gasket.
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the oil pan.
2. Clean the oil pan and engine block surfaces. Use 5H2471 Gasket Cement to fasten the new gasket to the oil pan.
3. Put oil pan (2) in position on the engine and install bolts (1). Torque bolts (1) down evenly.
4. Fill the engine to the proper level with the specified oil. See the Maintenance Manual.
