- Attach Tooling (B) onto radiator guard (18). Remove Tooling (D) .

- Tilt radiator guard (18) into position.
- Install pin (1). Install bolt (19) .

- Repeat Step 1 for the opposite side.
- Install plate (17) .

- Install hose (16). Slide hose (15) into position. Tighten clamps (14) .

- Connect harness assembly (12). Install bolt (13) .

- Install hose (11) .

- Connect hose assembly (10). Connect hoses (9) and (8) .

- Attach Tooling (A) onto hydraulic tank (4). Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 kPa (40 psi) to 414 kPa (60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

- Connect hose assembly (7) .

- Connect hoses (2) and (3) .

- Fill the radiator with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Coolant - Fill".
- Install the side guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Side Guards - Remove and Install".
- Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
