- 将机器停放在平地上并降下铲斗。 确保该区域没有障碍物和人员。 锁止车轮，以防机器移动。
- 把发动机起动开关转到 ON （接通）位置。
- 起动发动机，使其运转 1 分钟，以增加储能器的压力。 如果制动系统不在正常工作压力，制动器油压的警示指示灯应该显示。 松开停车制动器 关闭发动机。
- 把发动机起动开关转到 ON （接通）位置。 通过自检测使监测系统实现全循环。 踩下行车制动踏板，直到停车制动器指示灯亮起。 这就降低储能器的压力。 踏板至少踩下 5 次。
- 如果踩下行车制动踏板不到五次停车制动器指示灯亮起，则测量蓄能器的氮气预充压力。
当地 Cat 代理商备有适当的工具，用于测量制动蓄能器的预压力。 只能用干燥的氮气进行充气。
